You can check that a refund has been received and processed on your Business Account:
- Log in to the Business Accounts homepage at www.thetrainline.com/business
- Go to My Account - Order Status and Refund Applications
- Click on Refund next to the booking that is being refunded
- If your refund has been processed you will see confirmation of the date of the refund and the amount refunded
- If the refund has not cleared your bank account 5 working days after the refund has been processed, please contact your bank
