To sign up to / join your company's account, please follow the instructions below.
- Go to the Business Accounts homepage at www.thetrainline.com/business
- Under the log-in box click on the link Sign up to your company's account
- Enter the email address you would like to use for the account and your company's Business Account ID (if you do not know your company's Business Account ID please contact your Account Administrator)
- Complete your user details and click Register
You will receive a Welcome email containing your account log-in information and you can now start booking tickets.
When you join a Business Account your status will be automatically set to "Traveller". This means that you can book tickets for your own travel. If you would like to book tickets for travel for colleagues or you would like to have access to Account Tools for account management and administration, you will need to contact your company's Account Administrator to request that they upgrade your status.
