A Business Account manager / administrator can invite colleagues to join Your Business Account by email. This is a quick and easy way to let your colleagues know that your Business Account is available.


To access the email:

  1. Go to www.sme.thetrainline.com/buytickets/
  2. Login to your Business Account
  3. At the top of the webpage, in the page header, clink on the link "Account Tools":

  4. In Account tools click on the link "Invite new users by email":

  5. A new email will open up containing instructions on how your colleagues can sign up to the Business Account. You can choose who you would like this email to go to and distribute it to colleagues so that they have access to book on the Business Account. Colleagues will not be given access to the Account tools suite unless your Business Account Manager / administrator chooses to upgrade individual's access. Image
