This applies to all trainline for business accounts who have either signed for an account since August 2016 or had their account recently upgraded to a new dashboard.


Administrators can now add a list of employees to the trainline for business account and send them all invites with minimal fuss.


To set this up, first click Employees in the left-hand menu of the Dashboard.

Click the purple Invite Employees button in the top right-hand corner.

There is now an option to Upload CSV. Clicking What's this? will explain what a CSV file is.

Once you have completed your .CSV file, save it in your local folder or drive. Click the option to Upload CSV and then click the purple button Choose a file.

Locate the .CSV file you have just saved locally and click on it.

You will now see a screen with your .CSV file (this example has been called Employee List) and a Send invites button.

As soon as you click Send invites, each employee on the list will be sent an invitation to join the trainline for business account and once they have accepted, the administrator can manage their access as usual.
