The Business ID is the account number for your company’s account set up on the trainline business website.
This Business ID is a combination of 3 letters and 7 digits e.g. XYZ1234567, and is assigned to the person who set up the account.
If you want to sign up to your company’s account, enter your email address and the account’s Business ID and then follow our registration process.
Contact your account administrator to obtain your Business ID.
