This applies to all trainline for business accounts who have either signed for an account since August 2016 or had their account recently upgraded to a new dashboard.
It is possible to print a receipt for a booking made on the trainline for business account.
An administrator can do this by selecting My bookings from the drop-down menu in the top right corner beside their name.
The booker can access the same section by clicking My Account in the briefcase menu button in the top right corner on the home page.
Clicking either of these options will display all bookings made on this profile. to print a receipt, click the link in the Journey column as below.
Clicking this link will display a pop up box called Booking Information. This contains all the information about the booking including journey details, ticket type and total payment.
Click Print in the top right corner.
Clicking Print will display the usual printing options. This copy is a receipt of the booking.
