If your business has added a new mandatory profile management information question or changed a previously optional profile management information question to make it mandatory, you will be asked to provide an answer to the question before you can complete a booking.


To update a Profile Management Information question for your own profile:

  1. Login to 'My Account'
  2. Go to 'Update your details'
  3. Update your information under the header 'Additional questions require by your business'
  4. Click 'Update'
  5. If you were in the process of completing a booking, return to your shopping basket and continue with your purchase


If you are booking on the behalf of colleagues (as a booker or account administrator) and you need to update a Profile Management Information question on their profile:

  1. Go to 'Account tools'
  2. Click on 'View and amend users'
  3. Click on 'Edit user' next to the colleague whose details need to be updated
  4. Update their information under the header 'Additional questions required by your business'
  5. Click 'Update'
  6. Update their information under the header 'Additional questions required by your business'
