Bookings made before 3pm on a weekday will be delivered by the next working day. Bookings made after 3pm will arrive within 2 working days.


Bookings made during the weekend will be delivered by Tuesday (2 working days later).


Your tickets will need to be signed for upon delivery, so please make sure someone is available at the delivery address.


You can track the delivery of your tickets using our postal tracking service. To track your delivery, you will need to enter your 10 digit booking reference. This booking reference can be found in your Business account in the My Account area and in your booking confirmation email.


Royal Mail guarantee that they will deliver to most of the UK by 1pm (except public and bank holidays).


Please note that due to Royal Mail restrictions it may take longer to deliver to remote locations. Visit Royal Mail's website for more information on delivery times to remote locations.


If your ticket has not been delivered the next working day (if booked before 3pm) or within 2 working days (if booked after 3pm or during the weekend), please contact us on 0333 202 2222.


Next time you need your tickets quickly when you book online, we'd recommend choosing to collect your tickets from a self service ticket machine at the station. Your tickets can be collected anytime from 2 hours after the booking from selected ticket machines across the UK. There's no need to wait for the delivery, and no extra charge for collection.


Business Account customers can use any payment card to collect the tickets from a ticket machine, not just the card used to make the booking.
