Delivery options available are based on your route, how far in advance you book and your postcode.


Mobile tickets (free): tickets booked through certain mobile apps or on our website can now be delivered to your phone. You'll need to activate the ticket and make sure you take your phone with you when you travel.

* Currently available on iPhone, Android, Blackberry and Nokia devices.


Print Your Own (free): you will receive an email with a link to your Print Your Own ticket. You will need to print this out from a printer, the station staff are unable to print these tickets for you. Please note, not all Print Your Own tickets are changeable or refundable.


Self-service ticket machine (free): will be ready for collection at the station 2 hours after ordering online. If you want more information about where you can collect your tickets.


First Class post (£1.00): tickets ordered before 3pm will be dispatched the same day. To ensure you receive your ticket in time we only offer post as an option where travel is at least 7 days after the booking date. We encourage customers where possible to choose self-service machines as their delivery option.


Next Day Delivery (£7.50): tickets ordered before 3pm will be delivered by 1pm the next working day. (Monday to Friday excluding Bank holidays). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are fulfilled on Monday & delivered on Tuesday. There are a few postcodes that your tickets may be delivered later than the next working day.
