The Invite new users function is available to account Booker and Managers/Administrators. To access this function:

1. Log-in to your Business Account at www.thetrainline.com/business
2. Go to Account tools>Invite new users by email
3. An email will automatically open in Outlook, pre-populated with your account details and instructions on how additional users can sign up to the account
4. Enter the email addresses of colleagues or those people you would like to have access to the account
5. Click send
