If you requested to collect your tickets from a self service ticket machine but have not collected them you can apply for a refund online by logging into My Account, click on 'Order status and refund applications' and follow the instructions provided.


If your tickets have already been sent out to you or collected from a self service ticket machine then you will need to return them to us in order to claim a refund. We would recommend that you send your tickets to us by recorded delivery.
